The reality is that "60 Minutes" had offered Bill Clinton the chance to be interviewed and present his own 1st-hand account (i.e., fictions), but the Clintonistas want to conduct their smear campaign through surrogates and know that they cannot allow "60 Minutes" anywhere near the Stainmaster on this matter. When Sandy Burglar and Lanny Davis are your best "character witnesses" you know you're in deep trouble.
