If this is true I hope some Senator questions her on this.

Troubling if she thinks the Kelo case is grounded in law.

Miers would look like a huge hypocrite going against something she fought hard for and if she has no problem with Kelo what does that say about her. After all, if above is true she had no problem using the EM law in a devious manner (Sorry, Stadiums are far different than public roads etc...). Troubling indeed.
