I've read The Tempting of America and Sloaching Towards Gommorah. Both books are on my shelf at home. I refer to "Tempting" all the time. It's like a second Con Law textbook for me.
I disagree vehemently with Bork's support for some form of censorship that he espouses in "Gommorah" to counter the ugliness in our culture.
However, I do not recall his denigation of the 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms that you have referred to on several occassions. Even great minds are wrong sometimes, so I'm sure you are accurately characterizing Bork's views on the 2nd Amendment. Nevertheless, would you do me the favor of pointing me towards the particular writing to which you refer when making this assertion?
