I'm convinced. We need a constitutional amendment that only someone from an Ivy league (well maybe Stanford is ok) law school is illegible for the Supreme Court.
The constitution is an amazingly simple document. The purpose of most "constitutional scholars" is to complicate it, to the detriment of the American people.

Yep...so much for government by, for, and of the people. I guess the days are gone when even a competent, accomplished, and well-educated citizen should even consider participating in our government works.
