My opinion is that is would scare America *hitless, meaning the economy would plummet even further. America is on the brink of the biggest recession since 1979. Any further blows to consumer spending would be disasterous. I am sure the enemy knows this already, hence such timing of an attack.
No, no, no . . . The media doesn't give a rat's pututti about protecting the economy -- Dubya's economy. No, it's all about not making Muslims look bad and keeping America in the dark about the fact that WE ARE STILL AT WAR. No, that would support Bush's position.
