No kidding. I had heard of FR long before I joined. Anyone who follows politics at all, would be familiar. I saw a FReeper rally on CSPAN once, Alan Keyes was speaking. After that, I checked out the website, lurked for a while, joined, and have been hooked ever since.
Just had my one year anniversary last month.
Happy one year anniversary! I am a relative old timer, but this place shows me something new each day! I learn more here about the world, and not just politics, than any place else. Some of the science threads are extraordinarily good, what with the group expertise on just about everything..
