If you have not interacted enough with her to learn her views you have no basis to question her qualifications in the face of her resume.

Qualifications would be things like: degrees, awards and mostly previous job experience.
Those are not her views.
I'm not critiquing her resume here. I'm just saying that qualifications are not the same as views.
