i don't presume to speak for Appypappy, who, if i am not mistaken, was the one that made the original comment, but my take is that those who know what an evangelical christian worldview means are more likely to give this woman the benefit of the doubt. others, for whom religion is not a concern, are more likely to be opposed to it. and those who are bushbashers are going to hate whomever he picks.

And then there are the CharlieBrown conservatives. They believe "Just a few more Senators, just a few more elections, we swear.....and then we won't pull the football away".

Religion is a concern for me.

I just don't believe it should be the primary concern in the president's mind when he selects a prospective Supreme Court justice.
