A litigator is someone who argues cases in court, something Miers never has done.

Sorry I don't have the exact cases Ann worked on or argued for, but I do know that in Miers stellar career she announced several times something like this:"27, 36, 2, 42, 18 and 7 are the winning Lottery Numbers this week for the State of Texas."
