I think the extreme right do want a judge to legislate from the bench when it comes to issues such as abortion (which I think it is a state issue)..

I think you're an idiot. The extreme right are smart enough to know that the courts can't do anything to restrict abortion with the courts unless an amendment is passed to define when life begins.

I am more concerned about issues like eminent domain, bogus application of the Commerce Clause rule, etc.

There is more to the judiciary than gay marriage and abortion.

Eh, but you have a point considering the guy you responded to brought up Schiavo which was a state's rights issue. All the pro-life groups need to get a game plan for a post-Roe government.
