you can't win a Conservative Supreme Court Nominee Only takes 50 to change the filibuster rules. They SHOULD be changed. The rats shouldn't be blocking these with a minority, and the pubs shouldn't do it if it ever comes to that. In fact, I doubt the pubs ever will because they lack the killer instinct.
