Rush has stated many times over the years that he looks to Levin for guidance regarding legal research which helps him form opinions.
I've never heard him say he looks to Bush or the crowds for advice, fortunately.
Her nomination is not a "legal question". It is a political one. He doesn't need Levin to tell him she is a weak, at best, choice.
