Bush has said that he has talked with several in Senate. Many were saying do not pick someone from the ivory tower, go with someone who has not been a judge. It would bring diversity and a new look to those sitting on the front row. W would not have picked her if he thought she was unqualified or against his own morals and values.
The President is risking our future by nominating someone whose judicial temperament not even he has a clue about. I don't want a SCJ based on Mr. Bush's gut feelings. After all, I remember how he looked into Pooty-poot's soul.....
Bush looks stupid and scared. And, I'm exhausted looking for new and clever ways to defend his decisions.
