Agreed, but... no paper trail concerns me. That can cut both ways, could be good or bad.

Hmmmm... that is not a resounding endorsement, LOL! And the last time a Bush tried sleath candidate (Souter) conservatives got burned.

I’d rather the pick be a known conservative and ram it through. The Republicans in the Senate have the numbers, they need to use them. IMHO.

Of course, if she turns out to be a stone cold conservative, i.e. Scalia, I’m taking this all back and saying Bush was brilliant. .
