I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. What I don't like is she's a completely mystery. No one can you what her judicial philosophy is. I doubt she'll be any more forthcoming than Roberts was in the hearings last month.

Uh, Roberts has repeatedly said what his judicial philosophy is. Do we live in paraellel universes. Also, President Bush swears that neither Roberts nor Miers will legislate from the bench and will strictly interpret our Constitution and laws. Not good enough for some people, obviously?

I doubt she'll be any more forthcoming than Roberts was in the hearings last month. Or that Ginsburg was in her's...Face it, the Ginsburg playbook for dealing with the hearings will apply to all fuure candidates, our and theirs.
