Being single and without children is a factor, relating to commitment and decision making abilities. The single thing can be overlooked, with a proven track record of conservative values. Please explain why being childless is a factor. I consider it a plus that she did not have children if she wished an intense ambitious career. To have children under such circumstances is selfish.
