I have to trust the President's personal knowledge of her qualifications and am willing to do that. I'm looking forward to the senate judiciary committee nomination hearing and Ms. Meirs' responses regarding her position on the different issues.
"Her white house nomination statement regarding her strict application of the Constitution and rule of law are comforting."
That's just talk. Talk is cheap. Whether or not she'll adhere to the Constitution is yet to be seen.
