Stupid question, but I'll play: No I didn't. I knew him very well. And likewise, I think Bush knows Harriet Miers very well also. Again, I think many are over-reacting about the Miers nomination. Bush has been adamant about the type of judges he'll pick. It's HIS choice to make and I don't think he made it lightly. We'll soon know, won't we?
