I hope you're right LW. I've been looking forward to a Republican prez straightening out this court for a lonnng time and this just seemed like a dice roll to me when we have so many proven Conservative choices he could have made. I'll just hope for the best.

At sixty years of age, I doubt whether Ms. Miers is going to suddenly lose these character attributes, so I think we're in good shape.
