You did notice that www.homelandsecurity.com is not the official DHS website, right? Today is the first time I've run into them, so I'd be kind of cautious of them until I knew more. They could be perfectly legit, or maybe not. Anyone else familiar with this site?

Northeast Intelligence has been around for at least 3 years. It might be worth looking over there from time to time, but there have been several questionable things that have come from them never to be confirmed by anyone else.
