Presumably the guy and his wallet were blown to smithereens so it would be near impossible to immediately discover his identity.
I suppose they would have to wait until a house/roommate reported someone missing. But what if they guy is from out of town? They may never discover his identity.
I believe some folks in the know said the wallet or at least part of it would probably be intact, IF this person was carrying one. Mike, is that so?
