local news reporting now.... says Stoops was made aware ....showing people live leaving the stadium... Boren talked to fans and told them all was fine. West and south of stadium is closed. Saying it's an individual suicide. Explosion was outside the stadium on the west side.

who blows themselves up to commit suicide? could it be a backpack bomber who wanted to blend in with the exiting crowd and set it off, but it detonated early?
