They are releasing absolutely nothing about who the bomber was, even speculation. Even if identification would be difficult for a while (could be), you'd think there would be SOME information by now.

I guess that's one possible explanation. If the person blew themselves to smithereens, informed no one of their intentions, and left no identifying information whatsoever, I'm sure it would take a while. You probably would just have to figure out over time who's missing.
