Apparently all sites drop a cookie on our computers. If they are computer savy, they can see our IP address. Every day there's lots of spyware on my computer, which I remove, along with all cookies except FR.
At one time this list of targeted cities and the URL was on my home page; I've forgotten where I found it originally, although IIRC, it was Fox News, online; the article listed eleven U.S.cities chosen as optimal targets are:
1. Boston, 2. New York, 3. Philadelphia, 4. Washington, D.C., 5. Miami, 6. Houston, 7. Las Vegas, 8. Los Angeles, 9. San Francisco, 10. Seattle, and 11. Chicago.
Thanks for the information. I use Window Washer to get rid of cookies -- works fine, but it still seems creepy to go to their sites. Do they ever come here?
