That was my point in posting those two links. We're sending jobs down to Mexico and the Mexicans are coming here to take our jobs.... Not all areas of this country are in a "boom" time. Lots of unemployed people would much rather be trained for a better job (carpentry / electrician / etc.).I suppose the unemployed craftsmen and desperate American workers willing to be training in any decent paying field got first dibs on those New Orleans jobs(sarcasm off).
