Was reading this article and thought it was just a sad story of yet another child's body found here in Illinois:

Mystery surrounds boy's body in DuPage

As DuPage County sheriff's police remained tight-lipped Sunday about the body of a young boy found Saturday in unincorporated Naperville, neighbors said they were apprehensive about the discovery and curious about the investigation.

"I didn't sleep well last night," said Arno Peterson, who lives near Ferry and Meadow Roads, where the boy's body was found in a grassy area. "I have three girls--9, 12 and 15. Who knows what happened to the child?"

The DuPage County coroner's office conducted an autopsy Sunday but did not release results.

Sheriff's investigators could not be reached for comment Sunday, and a news release said only that a telephone tip led police to the body about 4 p.m. Saturday.

The statement, released before the autopsy, said the boy's age and race are unknown.

Two sheriff's squad cars remained at the site Sunday afternoon.

Peterson, who has lived on Meadow for 18 years, said he heard the body was found by a resident walking a dog.

Then there's this:

Judy Torrich, who has lived on Meadow for 27 years, and her daughter watched investigators comb the area for about 90 minutes Saturday evening.

"We saw two big trailers that said `Homeland Security.' ... It's very disturbing," she said.

Police told them there was nothing for neighbors to worry about, Torrich said.

Police in nearby Aurora, Downers Grove, Hinsdale and Naperville said they could not account for the body.

Question: Why are there 2 Homeland Security trailers at the site??? Is this typical???

So they are saying they don't know who this child is.

NO, I can't think of any good reason Homeland ?Security would be there. The local police would be the investigators unless it's something strange.

“Any murder gets to you, but especially the murder of a child. The inhumane dumping of a child like that is something that is beyond what we think about as human beings. It’s a horrible tragedy, and we hope we can get to the bottom of it,” said DuPage County State’s Attorney Joe Birkett.

An autopsy was performed Sunday, but the DuPage County coroner's office on Monday declined to provide any details, referring inquires to the sheriff's office.

“We’re still trying to find out the identity of the little boy who was dumped in a bag by the side of the road,” Birkett said.
