212 47th St. is a 35-story corporate housing apartment building (on the east side). The company that runs it, Oakwood, also provides furnished serviced apartments in Hawaii, Bangkok, Guangzhou, Manila, Mumbai, Seoul, and Tokyo. Future locations include Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jakarta, and New Delhi.
