Missouri Republicans Tell Users of Feeding Tubes and Breathing Devices to Lie Down and Die As of Sept. 1, Missouri Medicaid will not pay for feeding tubes, nutritional formula or respirators. It will no longer pay for canes, crutches and walkers or for wheelchair batteries.
