From TEJ: Crist has been in office since 2003 and launches Medicaid fraud investigation now, with his race for governor looming next year. Crist did just fall off of a turnip truck and he couldn't investigate Medicaid fraud until the state finished Terri off. They hadn't finished shredding her records yet. FV's opinion

Florida FEMA related. FEMA was mismanaged including last year.

This is on a New Orleans web site. NO wants funds and would like FEMA to get money back from Floridians who fraudulently received funds last year. (like that's going to be easy).
ALERT: The American Red Cross sent a St. Petersburg, FL woman $6,000 for hurricane relief and she wasn't even in a hurricane. She was honest and returned the money.

Did Harriet Miers advise the president regarding what to do about Terri Schiavo? If so, she'll have to recuse herself from any cases where states are sponsoring homicides.
If she stopped the rescue, she'll have to recuse.
