Everyone should reread and memorize at least the last sentence if not the whole of this section of the Florida Constitution as you have posted FV. Terri was murdered in a most horrific way for being physically disabled.Her Autopsy strongly indicates she was choked back in 1990 causing the brain to be denied the blood it so desperately requires.Hopefully the Truth will be revealed and him or those who are guilty will be face the Justice they so deserve.
