The newspapers are trying to create confusion over who shot the clerk THE CLERK WAS SHOT BY THE ROBBERY SUSPECT. The state will not be pressing charges against Joe because here in Washington State if someone points a gun at you, you can defend your self. I hear it's diffrent in other states?!
