His smooth sailing worries me. I fear that he winked and nodded at the Dems, telling them he wouldn't overturn Roe v Wade -- which seems to be all the Dems really care about. Whooda thunk that the freedom to kill babies would end up meaning more to an American political party than anything else?

He said there is a general right of privacy, but not that it encompasses the right to an abortion.

Ya know, you may be on to something.

What I thought was a Roberts blink may have actually been a double wink...and any Republican who votes for that double winker is a no-good-for-nothing baby killer.

...know what I mean?

Abortion is the biggest Democrat litmus test. Roberts failed that test in the eyes of Schumer, which is why Schumer voted Nay. Schumer told O'Reilly that he was disturbed by Roberts' view on interstate commerce. Don't be fooled by that, it's a diversion.
