The numbers I get are a bit different from yours. What's your source? These are from the CIA Factbook website. This is just a sampling. Also, these are estimated 2004 figures. I didn't go through all countries.

Yes this is PPP. I just was in on a thread about military. The people there liked to use real GDP numbers instead of PPP because international trade. Most small countries trade much more per capita than bigger.
