If a grand jury hands down an indictment it usually is not politically driven.

The bad news is most republican voters do care about character and indictments. So do dems. When it's about Republican's character and indictments!

LOL, love how the Freepers that lecture the GOP for not standing up to the left, are always the first ones to jump out of the foxhole.
Interesting human dynamic or trolls?

Not accurate. She was indicted, the case went to trial, the DA rested without putting up any evidence with the judge finding her not guilty as a matter of law. But the indictment was not 'thrown out'. Bump.

You just have to know Travis County politics. These guys throw indictments around like used prophylactics.

That right Delay should ask for a speedy trial and look for Earl to try to drag this out until the midterms at the request of State and National Democrats.

If you mean practically speaking, there is no difference. However, factually speaking, the judge did not rule to dismiss the charges. The prosecution declined to press them further.

There must be some substantial evidence to take such an important Congressman Rats rear. Ronnie Earle has been doing this to Republicans since the early 90's.
