NO is known to be one of, if not the most corrupt city in the country.... this news should not be shocking to anyone who's been paying attention.
A good place to start is the MSNBC tape of two of NOPD's "finest" doing a little shop(lifting) in the Wal-Mart store. If they represent the NOPD I feel sorry for the good cops that have to work their butts off to maitain order in that cesspool.
The NOPD gives good cops everywhere a black eye. If COPS (the tv show) wanted to videotape NO's worst criminals, they'd never have to leave roll call.
