I get a kick out of the MADTv skit with she and Tony Hawk.

Whenever you have a phrase combining several nouns and pronouns to act as a single word, try out each prounoun separately in the sentence to see if you should use the objective or subjective case.

You would say "I get a kick out of the MADTv skit with her" rather than "I get a kick out of the MADTv skit with she", so the whole sentence should read "I get a kick out of the MADTv skit with her and Tony Hawk". Sorry to be a nitpicker.
