The letter was not read. Just got this on another thread:

She was mortified today when she couldn't find the email. She even referenced another email she had but couldn't find the one Capt. Bourland had sent you.
So she had Pastor Luana Stines acknowledge Capt. Bourland at the very end - which you heard... wasn't completely on the mark, but the mention was made as Capt. Bourland's email was on the minds of all of us at Move America Forward - both on the ground in DC at the rally and back here in Sacramento and San Francisco.
So, let's see if Mel doesn't read at least part of it tomorrow morning on KSFO. If she is feeling well and makes it in I imagine she will, because she was very moved by the letter.
