According to NOW, Planned Parenthood, and NARAL, that is applying restrictions to abortion.

When the Louisiana law REQUIRING health inspections was passed in 1999, it was held up in the courts until Spring of 2004 (I believe, though it might have only been held up in the courts until the Spring of 2003 -- only 4 years of unsanitary conditions were legal).

At least two of the three groups, if not all three, fought this law.

The abortin industry will fight you tooth and nail about this issue. You are talking about imposing restrictions on abortion, i.e., making it safe and legal.

The Louisiana Law of 1999 is not the only example of this...

The two are anathema.
You might find a few compulsively neat killers.
