The victims survived.
I'm glad the perp is toes-up, but a double-tap with an M1911 would have been quicker.
Less messy this way but riskier.
The victim was heard to say after wards you will not breath the free air in my house after breaking in.
Well, his recording contract just ended.
Great story...the son is a hero and the homeowner has passed the savings on to the local court system. ;o)
Why would anyone try to revive the man?
Lucky mom to have such a brave and able son to come to the rescue. Glad it ended well for the victim.
I guess the invader forgot to "tap out"...lol
This is King County Washington were talking about here. They'll keep the warrant active just so they can justify having Roberts on the democrat voter registration.
ROFL
He must have put that sleeper hold on him for well over 5 minutes or used enough force to collapse his airway.
Anyway he had a lot of guts to take down a many twice his size without the use of a weapon.

Millions Saved in Legal,
Jaill, & Execution Costs
Once you get that sleeper on...it doesn't take long to put someone out...after the guy stopped struggling he was probably so amped up that he never released it...i can't say i blame him. good for him...i would have personally used the Kamala Death grip on the guy though...
Yeah but it takes minutes to kill someone as the second you let go normal breathing will resume unless you hold it long enough to kill brain tissue.
Anyway good for him, but this being Seatle at the very least he is looking at a civil lawsuit from the "victim's" family
This is why he should have used a gun. Certainly, after this he ought to get one and a CCW permit.
Just when my day was blah,,,,this uplifting story happened.
Sweet Justice, indeed.
Yeah, because naturally the police/ambulance can identify someone's criminal history and determine the exact nature of an incident upon first seeing the scene, thus allowing them to say, "Don't bother reviving this guy."
