Hemmer is all worried about water back in the ninth ward. Its gone. You cannot fix houses that have been flooded. I feel sorry for the people but FOX needs to get the facts straight.

Wrecked houses and businesses. Sunk boats in the harbor. It will decades to re-do NOLA. If they do it at all.
