That picture is from Laffite? That's weird..looked at it on a map..it's near a lake..Bayou Du Lac..but hard to figure where the water came from. (Unless the reporter made an error?)

That's surge. Lafite went under several hours ago. Now the surge has pushed about twice that far north.
