No. I don't think Bonnet Carre' Spillway is open at all. THere was some talk of a lock or door between the river and Lake Pontcahrtrain being open, and a few of us are trying to pin that generic report down to a specific.

The only connectors between the river and Lake Ponchartrain that I have ever heard about was the Spillway.
Unless they are talking about something that connects to the Industrial canal. Need to check the map...hmmm...

I 'm almost positive ole Jeffers had an overhead photo of several locks stuck open in his series of Lake P. photo's the other day.
