I'm a few miles north of Beaumont. It's raining and windy now. I had almost forgotten what rain is like. It feels good. It's been a long hot summer. I'm going to miss electricity. If anything interesting happens here before our electricity fails, I'll post it.
I have friends north of Beaumont in Lumberton. Looking forward to hearing that their town escapes damage.
