Some Texans didn't do themselves proud, either. There were multiple fights at gas stations. It was also reported that some motorists in the front of gas lines not only filled their tanks but multiple containers. Then they would go to the back of the line and try to sell them. Also, in Luflin, armed men stole filled gas containers from the back of city trucks in front of the workers. I think that if there had not been so many cops present, we would have seen much more looting and chaos.

At the same time...I saw my fellow Texans giving gas to stranded motorists from their five gallon containers...for free. I believe there was much, much more of that type of thing going on than the other.

I think that if there had not been so many cops present, we would have seen much more looting and chaos.The cops helped.
However, there was going to be no looting in my neighborhood.
