I used to love hurricanes in the Corps. Solid brick barracks, beer, and MRE's and water in the commons. That equals a few days of partying.
I have lost a my affinity for the damn things this year.

I remember the Rock and a Cat 2/3 in 1974,, and making runs from the barracks to the chow hall and back,, missed the beer tho. ;-(
