You have no idea, PaulaB, how this hits me. I worked for a man here in Atlanta who has the reputation of a screamer. I got tired of being his whipping boy. One time he was screaming at me so hard on his cell phone, he had to pull over! Some times he'd get so red in the face I thought I'd have to give him CPR.

That SOB! Won't ANYONE - I don';t care who he or she is or how much they're worth - No one will ever disrespect me again.

SOB pays the city off. No one has ever sued him.

I would have a very hard time administering CPR to someone like that. How's it go again, stomp on ribcage then blow on face or do you blow on face first?? Hhhmmmm.....

I had a screamer as a boss once. He was yelling at me between client locations and I stopped the car on the side of the road, got out and sat on the trunk until he was done.

We had a "chat" on the freeway about adults talking to adults.

It worked.

We're still friends and this was 15 years ago.

Were you married at the time? How did your husband feel about this?
