Keep in mind that we don't know if my Grandpa's barometer here is properly calibrated, but as a relative measurement, it has fallen four points since this morning. It had been reading 984mb since I dug it out last night through this morning, now at 980mb.
No rain here yet, lots of wind.
It would appear that Eaker and family have me outgunned... barely. That's no small feat.
Eaker, if you get more than a few dozen or so looters, send some my way. I want my share too.

What's the barometer at now? The 2:53 NWS reading at Sugar Land Regional Airport was 29.61 - about 1003 millibars. Winds out of the North at 22 MPH, gusting to 31.
