Can anyone do a synopsis and forecast in the event of a stall happening within the next 6 hours?

Especially bad for oil/gas?

Houston likely more at risk?

A stall in 6 hours would give it a chance to stregthen and change direction, a stall and slide back over HOUSTON COULD BE DEVESTATING.
