Shep has been installed in Port Arthur TX, right where the eye will make landfall. Should be interesting right up until their satellite antenna blows away and the cell towers go under. Then we can watch old file footage while they search for Shep.
Has Shep started rounding up evacuees on a bridge so he can stand in front of them waving a staff yelling 'Let my people go!'?
