I am tired of "give me, give me, give me and we expect you to pay for it" I am tired of the leftists and their press from exploiting the situation. I don't understand how we can possibly rebuild New Orleans and pay for it when we know it could happen again yet I sure wouldn't want to lose my home. If the corrupt officials would be tried and thrown behind bars, I would feel more like trying to rebuild the area but right now, there is no doubt in my mind that those corrupt officials are going to steal as much of that money as they possibly can.
And we have no say-so about it.
I know yall have heard me say this before but we should just give loans with no or low interest rates. To victims and to cities/states. Freebies should only come from charities.
It's time for the Repubs to be bold and take a stand. ( I fantasize)
